Virnig Manufacturing was started in 1989 by Dean and Lois Virnig in Pierz MN. In the early days, Virnig Manufacturing did repair welding for farmers and construction companies from around central Minnesota. As the company grew they continued to expand into manufacturing Attachments and Trailers. In 1997, Virnig Manufacturing became exclusively an attachment manufacturer.

Virnig Manufacturing Inc. began in a 2 car garage and later, in 1990, built a 40' X 60' building. As the business continued to grow additions were added in 1994, 1997 & 1999. Early in 2000 it was decided that a "state of the art" manufacturing facility be built, and Rice, MN was chosen for the location. Virnig Manufacturing moved into their new manufacturing facility on October 21, 2001. As of today all manufacturing of attachments is done in house, from the raw material coming in, to the finished product going out. Virnig Manufacturing currently does all of the engineering, plasma cutting, machining, welding and painting in this facility.

Virnig Manufacturing produces attachments for most brands of skid loaders and compact tractors with universal mount only.

Our goal in this industry is to become the best manufacturer of skid loader attachments that is possible. We plan to continually improve our product and to design and introduce several new products each year.
